Kam is a Talent Acquisition professional capable of managing recruitment demands in settings with high volume and turnover challenges, including pharmacy, retail, hospital, and healthcare. She contributes to shaping FGC’s recruitment strategy and leads on the execution of tactical hiring plans to fulfill FGC’s needs for high quality talent. Her skills, energy, and passion for recruitment along with her expansive network in pharmacy helps grow and strengthen FGC’s existing bench. Prior to joining FGC, Kam built strong relationships with stakeholders and managed recruitment activities at Shoppers Drug Mart. She also worked in a hospital setting, assisting the recruitment teams and contributing to the opening of brand-new hospitals. Kam holds a Bachelor of Business Economics degree from McMaster University.
