Ramin is a strategic-minded finance and investment professional who has successfully driven private equity, M&A transactions, and venture capital investments within a wide variety of industries, including healthcare. At FGC, Ramin leads on building the integrated corporate model, and creates integration plans for M&A to drive team efficiency, manage risks and opportunities, and facilitate change management. Prior to FGC, Ramin held a Director role with Back Bay Group in Canada and Boston and worked internationally in senior roles with Oman Brunei Investment Company and Waha Capital. He earned a BSc. Mathematics and Financial Engineering post-graduate degree. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Student Chartered Business Valuator (CBV.)
